Gaadi Vritant: Fleet Management Solution
Gaadi Vritant is a robust fleet management ecosystem designed for business owners and logistics managers to streamline their vehicle operations. The platform provides a centralized hub for tracking and managing multiple vehicles, monitoring driver performance, and optimizing route efficiency. It features advanced GPS silhouettes, real-time maintenance alerts, and a specialized driver app interface, all synchronized through a centralized owner dashboard built on React Native and Firebase.
The Story
The Problem
Fleet owners struggled with fragmented data, lack of real-time visibility into driver behavior, and inefficient manual tracking of vehicle documentation and maintenance schedules. There was no single source of truth for optimizing diverse fleet operations.
The Solution
Developed a high-fidelity mobile application with integrated real-time GPS tracking and performance analytics. Engineered a specialized Driver Management System that monitors trips, fuel consumption, and safety scores. Built a centralized Owner Dashboard that provides deep insights into fleet efficiency, and automated document expiry alerts using Firebase Cloud Functions.
