The problem
Parents face challenges accessing immediate pediatric healthcare guidance, leading to unnecessary emergency visits, long wait times, and high costs. There's a gap between immediate parental concerns at home and professional pediatric consultation, with limited affordable telehealth options for children.
The solution
Built an AI-powered pediatric platform that combines real-time symptom assessment with doctor validation. Implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with curated datasets, human-in-the-loop clinical validation, and secure teleconsultations. The system provides fast, affordable, and reliable healthcare guidance while ensuring safety through doctor oversight.
My approach
Designed a modern cloud-native serverless architecture with reactive SPA frontend, Firebase-managed backend services, AI integrations, secure payments, and role-based access control. Implemented human-in-the-loop validation to ensure safety and accuracy.
